How to get rid of hooding

I have a positive canthal tilt and eyebrow tilt but i have hooded eyes so it makes me look worse and my eye area is already bad because i have recessed infras so i need help

you can do it with a brow lift, or removal of the skin causing the hooding
or none surgical would be to fraud with eyelid tape
