Close your epiglottis partially, as in a swallow but so you can still breathe

There literally is no fix for it it is brutal. I supposed you could work with a strong chin implant to improve angularity but really you wont even move that bone 1mm. never its impossible

Genio does more than an implant because genio also puls the genioglossus which will tighten the submental

you sure? I have asked quite a few surgeons (all online though) and they all told me nothing could be done to move it because its attached to vocal cords and shit among other things

That is an extreme advancement. Might watch whole vid later but I have a feeling this was only possible because he was extremely recessed. A lot of people have a low hyoid even with proper jaw development nothing can be done in these cases Im pretty sure
