How to get rid of hyperthyroidism?

I have chronic inflammation in the eye area.

I also think that this is disrupting my hgh and hormone secretion.

Is there any way of getting rid of hyperthyroidism? Should I take meds?

Doesnt lugol reduces overall thyroid hormones If im not mistaken, its used for thyroid problems like hashimoto's, might give It a try and research it brother.

Hyperthyroidism is much more rare, did you get a clear diagnosis?

I have a high TSH but my FT 3/4 are normal, so my doctor thinks my thyroid is ok for now
