How to get rid of itachi lines

I know it’s because of my Reccesed infraorbital bones but is there anything that can help (softmaxxing ik fat grafts but I can’t get surgery yet) I heard maybe tinted sunscreen but everything else like volufiline seems like cope advice?

derma stamping/roller works A LITTLE. not a lot but a LITTLE. it helped mine be ever so slightly less noticable.
