How to get rid of jowls at 15?

From my side profile i have hollow cheeks but from the front I have a bit of fat in the nasal avial folds region, is this just baby fat since i’m 15 or jowls? how to fix both pls

Could be a maxilla issue.

Redlight therapy, microneedling and tretinoin are all legitimate.

You could also do pdo/pcl threads
