How to get rid of long time gyno

I remember having gyno ever since I was 11-12 I’m now 15 I think I have stage 1 they are really puffy and I know that surgery is prob the best option but I wanted to know if taking estrogen blocked could do smth or not

option 1 - lose ur bf% and concentrate on chest in gym
option 2 - surgery

if you have it already no matter what surgery will always be the top 1 op that it could come back after surgery

option 1 - lose ur bf% and concentrate on chest in gym
option 2 - surgery

The thing is it’s like puffy soo loosing body fat would just make it worse I do go to the gym and I’m trying to build more muscles on my chest to mask it tho thx

If there is an underlying hormonal imbalance then yes it could come back. This is why you always chekc hormones before going through surgery. And get full gland removal too when you do, so it doesn't grow back. Best of luck.

Yes I am very great full that it’s only something this minor

Estrogen blockers won’t work this far in, the most reliable option is surgery

Look into tamoxifen

Speak to a doctor, they can tell you if medication can safely shrink those tissues
