how to get rid of/mask upper eyelid exposure

i was able to mask it to a small extent with vollufilline and bonesmashing my brow ridge helps to an extent cus of the inflammation but when that goes away my upper eyelid exposure comes back. is surgery the only way

If you have really long lashes, I curl them slightly with a little bit of Vaseline and it hides UEE and also gives the appearance of a greater PFL
