Accutane would be overkill I just have mild acne on my forehead and nose. How do I get rid of it?

yeah it's over the counter. Kinda works by just drying up the acne. works well for active breakouts.

Skip the benzoyl. Diet + tret is a good starting point. Just remember you’ll have to overhaul your routine if you start tret (sunscreen, moisturizer, etc)
