How to get rid of Milia?

How do u get rid of Milia? (White spots around eyes or other places on face also know as "milk spots")

Avoid picking them as it can cause scarring, sometimes they leave on their own, but in other cases a dermatologist can prescribe some sort of fix

So I should go to a dermatologist then? I've had them for years and I think they might be getting worse now and I haven't been touching them much I dont think but they have been bothering me more lately so I might have touched them more recently.
