Whats up man you actually dont need a surgery you can go to a medspa and they can do a laser on them to fade them away I'm gonna do the same one day I might make a guide.

if you want a permanent fix there is a procedure where they laser the mole with co2, its a semi surgery , but i can work

It's not a real surgery or anything invasive its the same as like getting your teeth whitened or something so shouldn't be an issue but if it is you can use some sort of topical cream on the mole instead I've heard of people doing this.

You can take the advice of laser or freezing it off but on the face seems kinda wreckless because you have no idea how it's going to scar

Also if the mole is deep enough it could just end up growing again

Best to get it surgically removed from a plastic surgeon and get it all the way down to the base
