How to get rid of my voices

No I’m not schizophrenic

I like the good voices there my friends. I can feel the presence of the bad voices coming back though and I already learned my lesson once. At first it’s cool with ur friends but then the bad voices make ur life shit and it turns south.

Besides that I have been seeing a lot of murderers or ppl that did bad stuff that were schizophrenic.

I don’t want to be like that. I’m already walking around with a knife at night because im scared but I don’t want to harm others.

Since I’m not schizophrenic I think I could just try to not engage in talking with my voices????
They barely talk from their own and I can differentiate them from IRL voices.
Is just ignoring them enough?
