Typical Mexicancel, worked on a farm, did construction and played soccer in the sun as a teen with no sun screen. Now my skin is fucked up. Im using tret and my acne is mostly gone but my nasal folds look the same/10% better

what else can i do?

Fat grafts can be 1-10k but really low chance of getting botched paransael is more advanced and expensive fillers arnt worth it so go with fat grafts

start using sunscreen with tret or you’ll begin making them worse or make no progress. you can also experiment with some topical
peptides, or pin GHK-Cu for max collagen. also if you’re fat it’s making them way worse.
