How to get rid of nose blackheads and fix textured skin

Used to have moderate to bad acne, pretty much removed all the scarring and hyperpigmentation but my forehead skin is still very textured all over

My nose is also pretty blackheaded which makes it look kinda swollen. Gross.

Current routine hydrating cleanser 1/2x per day. Epiduo (adapalene and benzoyl peroxide). Niacinamide. And some actives like vitamin c / glycolic acid thst i use a few time a week. Also microneedling
