How to get rid of Oily skin?

Skin gets oily around 4 hours after doing skincare .I have sensitive oily acne prone skin ,I am currently using La Roche Posay oily foaming cleanser alongside cerave moisturiser with tinted spf.I am also using epiduo 0.1% adapalene and 2.5% benzoyl peroxide diet is okay however occasionally eat takeaway

dont overuse moisturiser and if its p[roblem in skin itself and u got a lot of acne do isotretinoin cause it reduces oil production

hop on accutane, will dry your skin right out, also pair with La roche b5 cream

for me losing weight helped but also using moisturizer only like once a week or once every few days so you dont overdo it
