How to get rid of permanently shaky hands

Despite me going to medical school I always wanted to be a waiters,my boss often tells me to bring some drinks to our customers and when I get the plate to hold the drinks (unlike every other bartender) I have to carry it with my both hands to avoid drinks spilling out (thankfully none of the drinks ever spilt)
Any tips?Benzos don’t help with shaky hands for me tho.......maybe pregabalin and baclofen maybe? @TsarTsar444 @AutisticR3tard
