Fixing your diet doesn't rid of scars. I've already done that. It gets rid of future pimples but it doesn't prevent already done damage.

you can try with the usual skincares + i heard microneedling helps but you gotta use it carefully. If not go professional and get a laser treatment / co2 treatments

First make sure they're actual SCARS and not PIH.

Laser is always the best option no matter what but it's still expansive.

You could try to use tretinoin because it increases collagen but it's definitely not guaranteed to work that well.

Microneedling is good and you could technically do it at home with a derma stamp
