depends what sort of 'pimple' it is.

If it's one of them fuckers that are lurking under the skin, I recommend hemoroid gel (no kidding) or hhydrocortisone cream and icing/using heat intermittently.

If it's little teenage pimple shit, then heat to bring it too a head, get the gunk out and put a plaster on it
