how to get rid of puffiness around lip

any chance that this is caused from my overjet? i researched and it says once getting malocclusion fixed it tends to help the lip and lower third area. i’m in the process of getting this fixed too so just wondering

never would have thought of it.
If anything overjet should smoothen those lines and reduce puffiness
but im not really sure. lmk when you figure it out im interested
