How to get rid of rosacea?

I‘ve stumble on a problem a while ago that I have rosacea. Before I thought it was normal until I went to a normal doctor appointment and he told me I have rosacea. Now in sommer it’s alright because of tan but when fall/winter comes on it gets so bad. I‘ve tried everything but nothing I’ve tried worked
