I FINISHED MY ACCUTANE TREATMENT 1 MONTH AGO, MY DOCTOR SAY THEY'LL GO AWAY BUT IDK I DONT TRUST A DUDE WHO STUDIED 5 YEARS JEWISH MEDICINE. WHAT SHOULD I USE TO GET RID OF THEM?

THE RIGHT TREATMENT DEPENDS ON THE TIPE OF SCARS. DO YOU HAVE ATROPHIC SCARS OF HYPERPIGMENTATION? IN BOTH CASES, HOWEVER, IT'S PROBABLY SMART TO START USING SUNSCREEN (SO THAT THE SCARS DON'T GET WORSE) AND MAYBE TRETINOIN (IMPROVES SKIN TURNOVER RATE), ALTHOUGH IT'S NOT IDEAL TO START TRETINOIN DURING SUMMER.

I have hyperpigmentation. What should I do?

Avoid the sun on your face, sunscreen every day if you're going out, a topical vitamin c serum (helps a lot) and ONLY IF YOU ARE STRICT WITH SUNSCREEN you can try tretinoin or a AHA/BHA. AHA/BHAs give you faster results than tretinoin and you can easily buy them online, but they are also more irritating.

Everything in this list however will be useless if you expose your face to the sun. On the other hand, exposing yourself to the sun has many benefits so this is what I do: since it's summer, I go around shirtless everywhere while i wear sunscreen on my face and cover with a hat, so I get the benefits of sun exposure without the drawbacks
