How to get rid of skin sag over eye area

Honestly I don’t mind the sag it’s I wish it was near the corners of my eyes for canthal tilt, I did eyebrow pull like a dumb because they were far up my forehead but it caused sag. Very unfortunate and I doubt there is a remedy

To be fair, as you lose body fat the whole shape of your face is going to change and the way you look too, idk what your weight or height is but losing bf could 100% change this.
