you can do less with threads than fillers though, the amount of volume they add is limited, but you can do it yourself since they can't cause occlusions and are cheap.

I Did the basic softmaxes (not all atm, i need money) i cant complain atm because i have no access to anything medical, i can look for collagen guides and post them here if you need.

there's a lot of methods to get the same results, threads aren't that precise.

low bf can also cause nasolabial folds to be more prominent. i now also have small smile lines but did not when i was at 15%+ bf, but the jawline gain is worth the trade off. id just get some dermal fillers, quite easy and cheap procedure
