How to get rid of smile lines? (nasolabial folds)

Hey bros,

I'm 16 and I've noticed some smile lines starting to form around my mouth. I'm already at a low body fat percentage (around 10-12%), so I don't think it's a debloating issue.

What would be the best way to get rid of them?

Should I start with something like tretinoin or microneedling, or is this more of a structural problem that would need filler or something like paranasal implants later on?

Any advice is appreciated.
