Ofc u can do gaba but i fixed mine by just generaly making myself go out more and be with more ppl to let my body know its no Reason to be anxious so after kinda training myself in Social situations my social anxiety is basicly gone rn

You'd have to act super weird and all, then that's something to consider changing, but if you're only going from a point to point etc.. they don't give a fuck at all.
