How to get rid of stubborn cheek fat

Been on cut for 3 months and have been eating little to no sodium yet still have that same cheek fat that I can't lose how do I get rid of it?

Cut down to 10% body fat see whats left. You can always look into lipo vela or aqualyx which can dissolve the fat.

I mean, if you are truly lean enough and your face (cheeks) is still puffy/fat.

Yeah, leaning out more and more will just be diminishing in returns. As the root cause is just having more fat in your buccal region.

I struggle with this too; you could look into fat dissolvers. And of course buccal fat removal.

Pretty much, original poster got to be truly lean enough to analyze. And then, yeah, fat dissolvers are probably the method!

Same problem still growing 15 nearing 16 lower third is non existent kinda probs the reason only way to grow it without riods is hardchewing I think sadly but ye might have to order aqualyx also could u get aqualux off indiamart and should u or nah heard the regulation are as?
