How to get rid of submandibular gland

It is genuine ropefuel and I need to get rid of it without surgery My jaw was so visible a few months ago

as i said botox might work cause it could stop the gland from producing saliva so the cells wouldnt brake down as easily meaning they wont have to reproduce as much and also it wont be filled with saliva

its either genetics or the parotid gland or sublingual one doesnt produce enough saliva so the submandibular ones boost production to keep the same overall level of saliva
