How to get rid of textured skin.

Does anyone know how to get rid of textured skin? My overall skin quality is great. It's extremely bright, I got rid of my dark spots with retinoids, I even faded a large portion my acne scars, but no matter how hard I try I can't get rid of this random texture. Specifically, the textured skin on the bottom of my chin is the hardest to deal with. I've attached a picture so you guys can get a better idea of what i'm dealing with.

You don't because it's genetic. You can slightly smooth it with Co2 lasers/fraxel and very long term tretinoin use.
