I have had these under eye lines, and they have gotten better and worse, I think it may be related to allergies and not a bone issue, thats what the doctor said atleast.

Yeah their called malar bags. Try going to an occular surgeon and asking about festoons.

Depends on the cause ect, its possible their being driven by allergies. If thats the case then deal with that.

However its extremely unusual for someone below 30 to have them. Its normally only really old people, and most old people don't get them. So I would assume surgery is required, in your case.

You could try messaging them to see if it helps it drain since typically they are fluid filled.

Tbh I’ve been dealing with similar under-eye lines too, they’re so annoying fr. Did your doc give you any tips or meds for the allergy-related ones? Idk if mine are from allergies as well tbh.

Yeah, it is defenitely allergies, I am doing flonase spray and saline rinse. Methods felt a bit cope so I came on here for advice
