Im megadosing b5 for acne rn. Been using tret with clindamycine for years and only made my skin worse due to constant purging. Adapene didnt work also

Yeah that's a cope, just go through r/acnescars these treatments cost absurd ammount of money and improvement is literally not even noticable and sometimes it gets worse. I get so sad reading it, it's way worse than r/incelexit, r/truevirgin or even r/bald.
