How to get rid of this acne

It’s acne, these small little red bumps I have had it for about 8 months and I’ve been trying everything, accutane would be my final option but I can’t get prescribed it

Doesn’t really look like acne that much but if it is use tretinoin it’s better at boosting collagen and getting rid of marks then isotret

My first guess was a rash but it’s probably acne. I doubt it’s eczema tho

Do you think benzoyl peroxide can do the job??

It looks inflamed to me might just be a easy fix, I had a similar issue and I fixed it by toning down the intensity of my facial routine (less product less often) and focusing on hydration and don’t fuck with it good luck to you brother

I can help since it bleaches the skin but it didn’t get rid of acne for me personally
