How to get rid of this acne

Has anyone dealt with this kind of acne and what did you do to overcome it???

It’s acne, these small little red bumps I have had it for about 8 months and I’ve been trying everything, accutane would be my final option but I can’t get prescribed it

looks like eczema to me, could see a derm

Doesn’t really look like acne that much but if it is use tretinoin it’s better at boosting collagen and getting rid of marks then isotret

My first guess was a rash but it’s probably acne. I doubt it’s eczema tho
