How to get rid of this forehead texture?

I feel like this makes me way worse looking. Especially in the screen reflection and in glass reflections it looks horrible.

What can be done? I think those are mainly dents from childhood pocks and post inflammatory hyperpigmentation.

i have the same kind of acne marks, chemical peels are pretty legit for this

Take Accutane to get rid of the oily.

I have an idea and my skin drastically improved. However texture issues aren't as easy to solve. I'm 21.
