im lean and my jaw is wide but i have this fat pocket i think it’s called perioral fat it’s literally a pocket of fat that goes from my nasolabial fold to the corner of my mouth and it’s disgusting
i had this since AT LEAST 16 but maybe even before i went fat then extremely lean and it’s still there
should i get a malar implant and pray that it lift my skin ? or cheek lift but i’ll probably look uncanny ? or a lipo?
