How to get rid of uee

Hey guys my name is welli and im 17 years old,

Recently i discovered that i have an excess amount of upper eyelid exposure. You can even see more uee than the whole eye which is very ugly. I wanted to ask what options i have to fix that naturally without pinning and stuff.

I would appreciate a helpfull answer

pull the fat pads

Like this? The only problem with this is that it doesnt stay permanent and when i blink 2 or 3 times it goes back to normal. Or pulling the fat pads hardly down like a exercise will slowly change after a while

keep doing that until the fat pad position changes it takes time
