how to get rid of undereye pigmentation

i have dark eye circles, it seems like my infras arent reccessed and the colour of undereye is more darker, i assume its pigmentation so how to fix? how long does it take to get results if i will use azelaic acid 15% bought it recently

even if they would be reccessed it still just big darkens under my eye i havent saw any1 with dark circles as dark as mine, so i just have to fix the darkness under my eyes,
