Wear sunscreen, SPF 30 or higher every single morning, even on cloudy days. Sun exposure triggers melanin production, which darkens spots and makes uneven tone worse
Wash your face twice a day
Keep skin hydrated
Appart from that you can use other products less convenient such as retinoinds, vitamin c serums or chemical exfoliants
There are also treatmeans such as chemical peels, laser therapy or microneedling

You can also check this site to get info on some products:

Really simple
1. Gentle cleanser morning and night
2. Azelaic acid 20%
3. A type of retinoid
4. Good fat moisturizer to prevent dryness, but make sure its a good one
5. SPF every day, even when sun is not there.

Dont use too large amounts of azelaic acid or retinoid, also build up the use gradually and make a system for it.

Addition: Make sure you have a good diet, skin can get triggered by certain types of things and everyone is different so find a great diet and make sure you dont break out from the food you’re eating.

If you are unsure if its the diet, you can try and stop eating the food that you think could be breaking you out and see the results.

Yeah you can use accutane, but if you dont talk with a derm then make sure you take blood test before and like every month or two untill the levels are consistent, because it affects liver. My lips got really dry when i were on it and they still havent reached the same level they were before i started and its years ago. I ended up higher than 20mg dose. Also do not tan if you’re white because your skin sensitivity goes up, and accutane works by drying out your skin so you may experience redness. Get a good fat lip balm.

Personally i use cicaplast baume to repair skin barrier and prevent redness and dryness

Also dont use retinoids when on accutane, doesnt make sense really you’re just drying your skin even more

Uneven skin tone and dog shit texture happens from bad melanin deposition Topical Active Agents targets melanogenesis for fixing this flaw so use niacinamide and vitamin c there is a lot more but these are the best make sure to use it with a retinoid
Mark as a solution buddy
