The answers beyond to cholesterol deposits around the eyes but I don't have that. I don't have patches as on the photo, I just have much lighter skin around the eyesI have white patches under my eyes... what can I do to remove them? (photo)

Never done that no, unless you're saying it's a possible solution
You can see it on me in this pic. It depends on the condition. The thing is my skin tends to be easily red so it gets very visible due to contrast.

Yes because my skin is normal there. As I said when it gets hot or something it becomes very visible because the rest of my skin gets red
