15 yo + I’m currently using a moisturiser, cleanser and azelaic acid for redness/post acne marks. Do I need to add anything else?

On the nose do you mean milia? Go to derm and ask questions about prescription strength acne topical/med, these can also help against buildup that turns into milia/whiteheads. I use tret, you might get isotret. For something easy to obtain salicylic serum can assist you in clearing up your nose skin

In the morning I use clindamycin phospahte - benz peroxide to kill acne bacteria. You can ask your derm about similar options.
If you're dealing with stubborn milia on the nose, whiteheads or blackheads, there are injections to break up the keratin and buildup. You can also try bha, aha or lha. You might be able to get away with using a retinoid to clear up clogs but they are quite weak for cell turnover compared to prescription.
For acne anti biotics also reduce redness and nodules if you want to ask your derm about that
Azelaic acid on its own wont dissolve whiteheads thought it's good you use it for inflammation

Just hop on accutane, the only thing that has actually worked for me.

Doubt I can get a prescription
where do you live? If you live in Europe you are lucky. You can either get accutane through doctoronline (Which is what I did, extremely easy, you would need to fraud the severity of your acne a bit) or you can order boderm tazarotene from greece or spain, amazon sells some too.

They will prescribe tret for acne scarring if you make that a core reason, isotret is more for nodule based acne. Unconventional idea, but you can let acne build up, then get prescription. Even though it is extremely dumb it works.
