Yes, a lot of facial fat is genetic unfortunately and takes time to go away. Of course there are different things you can inject, but at home, lower body fat more and debloat

Fortunately my face isn't extremely bloated so i don't have chubby cheeks, but i can still notice the fat on my face

yes baby fat ur 16, it will get better with age, I have the same, I have to get really lean before my face started to slim down
