My diet is very clean but I was wondering how I could get shiny skin

What is "shiny skin"? Go read threads on the forum there's plenty of information.
You will get a good idea of the dos and dont's, maybe a skin care routine as well.

Continue eating clean, being healthy and then you can consider things like tret/GHK/etc.
