Im sick of seing the reta cope (its only good for appetite suppresion)
This is why clen mogs reta to death
First month
40mcg + test base to keep muscle
2500 cals 220 g protien 220 carbs
Cardio 30 min fasted 4 incline 4 speed 3-5 times a week
Second month
40-60 mcg
2200 cals 220 protien 175 g carbs
Have a carb up every 14 days
Cardio 45 mins daily 4 speed 4 incline
3rd month
80 mcg
2000 cals 220 protien sub 150 g carbs have carb ups every push day (400 grams)
Month 4
100 mcg a day
1800 cals
Most ur cals will be protien only
But heres the trick youll do 3 low carb days then 1 high carb day
For eg
3 days of the week
Macros: ~1,800 kcal | 260g Protein | <50g Carbs | 50g Fats
1 day ~2,800 kcal | 220g Protein | 400g+ Carbs | <30g Fats.

Keep water intake high and supplements for heart rate ( dont use propananol on clen use nibivalol instead ) and dont abuse telmesartin use a dosage that keeps u at 120/80 idealy
And hydration max

Pretty simple if u apply this and ur slightly under 20% theres no way u wont get shreaded by 4 months or the very least very lean to normies
