How to get shredded for the summer?

So I'm 15 years old and at 17% body fat, 60kg and sadly 5'8.
I want to reach around 10 to 12 percent body fat and get nice and lean for the summer so I don't feel like a fat mess.

I've kind of been bulking for the past few months, and packed on some muscle, but just been LDAR so my diet went downhill and barely did any excercise. I want to improve vascularity and get rid of face fat which will ascend me by like 2 psl. The kids in my class are pretty vascular which made me jealous, I only see the veins in my hands. Any tips on what to do? I've got weights and resistance bands at home.

At that age you are still growing, so don't drop the calories.

Lift and do sprints - HIIT 3 times per week and you'll get shredded. Also eat high protein / moderate carbs and fat

Thanks, definitely need to increase the amount of protein I have.

Pray to gandy and workout with slight caloric deficit (-300 or so) and its a game of consistency and waiting.

Do they bully you? I'd imagine so at only 60kg.

Don't sweat it. You're only 15. I can remember still growing a few centimeters even in my 20s. You'll probably shoot up a bit and put on some much needed weight to throw around.

High protein diet but also caloric deficit. Try intermittent fasting because it basically means 1 less meal per day so overall you eat fewer calories. As for gym, focus on exercises to build strength (bench, squat, deadlift, weighted chinups) to maintain and improve muscle mass while ideally only losing fat from the deficit. As for vascularity, do more grip exercises, farmers walks and dead hangs, as well as forearm exercises. Will also improve with losing fat
 
Cut carbs and eat only proteins fruits and vegetables
 
5'8 isnt a bad height for a 15 yr old

It don't matter if you're eating 10k calories if ur burning 11k, your statement is a double conundrom. its actually healthier to be at 15% than 17-18% even if ur growing. The only problem i have is you're 5"8 and you want to be at 10-12% and you weigh 60kg at 17%. I do understand what you say and I agree, but I believe at that age his hormones should be on high levels, so lifting heavy, and doing HIIT could potentially help him lose fat while gaining muscle
