So I'm 15 years old and at 17% body fat, 60kg and sadly 5'8.
I want to reach around 10 to 12 percent body fat and get nice and lean for the summer so I don't feel like a fat mess.
I've kind of been bulking for the past few months, and packed on some muscle, but just been LDAR so my diet went downhill and barely did any excercise. I want to improve vascularity and get rid of face fat which will ascend me by like 2 psl. The kids in my class are pretty vascular which made me jealous, I only see the veins in my hands. Any tips on what to do? I've got weights and resistance bands at home.
