i literally do it to get out of my comfort zone because im so terrified of it

i always found sleep paralysises quite fun tbh, its almost like a mini LSD trip

anyway the correct approach is to stay awake for as long as possible, to the point of "i could close my eyes and fall asleep within seconds".
when you then head to sleep, try to keep your mind awake while pretending to be sleeping, it takes focus but your brain will eventually start paralyzing you.
