if your dorsal hump is not severe, u can get into a fight and they would probably straighten it up for u, and to make it slimmer u can just use low doses of accutane like 10mg

you can't fix dorsal hump without rhino but you could try hydrocortisone for slimming although it only thins your skin unlike rhino so its not ideal
