like a clean looking face, nice eye brows, eyes with scleral show but high pfl and nice hooding, hair in a fringe, prominent cheekbones

Clean skin (look up skincare routines). If skin is still imperfect, use decent make-up. It shouldn't be noticeable though, keep it to a minimum.
It sounds like a small detail, but it can make a huge difference.
I did this myself and it easily boosted me. I don't know by how much PSL points, but I got lots of attention from girls which I otherwise wouldn't get.

Rim implants over makeup. Long eyelashes using lattisse or oils. I guess malar implants for more feminine cheekbones if desired
