Even oral fissure is the result of a perfect smile that gives the lips adequate support and perfect soft tissue distribution.

If your smile is already perfect, fat transfer to lips will do it. If your smile is sub par but soft tissue volume and distribution are good, braces will do it. If both are bad, braces + fat transfer to lips. If in addition, the jaws are recessed...then bimax on top of that.
