if you want to get fast money for your surgeries and are low inhib there is one thing that you can do. There are clinics in pretty much every country that are looking for people willing to take part in medical trials and act as test subjects. You will be given newly developed medication and the side effects will be studied. A few people have collapsed or even died from those tests, but mostly you're just gonna feel nauteous and such. Get chad or die trying anyways.
Where to search and who to contact?
Go on Google and look for medical trials in your country. Contact the clinic that you like and ask to be put into the highest paying study. You might grow a tit or a third ball but at least you won't be a boneless subhuman anymore post surgery.
How big is the profit?
That really depends on your location and the studies you take part in, but in general you should expect a four digit payment for your efforts.
How long are you out of action?
Most of these trials require you to stay in the clinic for maybe 1-2 weeks. If you don't work full time you can usually take part in one every month or every second month, since you have to take a certain break between them to get rid of the drugs in your system.
