Maybe, even if the growth plates look closed on an x-ray, apparently there's still a thin layer of growth tissue in the early 20s so you might grow a little if you take HGH, just try it and see if it works...

For majority of guys they close at like 16-17. Some rare cases still grow at 18. You're 20.
