I'm 15 years old, my height is 168.5, and my weight is 61. I sleep 7-9 hours, eat right, go to the gym, and everything seems to be going well, but my growth isn't going as well as I'd like. I don't know what this is connected to, so I'll even attach a graph of my height:
May 28, 2023 - 149 cm
September 16, 2024 - 161 cm
May 9, 2025 - 166 cm

April 7, 2026 - 168.5
But I took another measurement, I don't remember when, I think it was two months ago (April 7, 2026), maybe a little more, and I was exactly 168 cm.

(By the way, my father is 180 cm, my mother is 164 cm. My grandfather (on my father's side) is >180 cm.
I don't know how to speed up my growth. Is it normal? I'm shorter than my peers, and for me, height is an integral part of my appearance.
I'll soon be going to the endocrinology center, where they probably won't prescribe me growth hormone, but will instead tell me, "Get more sleep, take more vitamin D and calcium."

My priority is to achieve everything naturally, because I don't want to mess around with growth hormone without the supervision of an endocrinologist...

Can you tell me what to do in this case?

(Just to be clear, I'll tell you about my diet: I don't eat lactose-containing foods, potatoes, pasta, or rice (I have skin issues that I want to address with this diet, so I take a metabiotic (Actoflor-s) and a basic skincare routine consisting of various ointments). Basically, my diet looks like this: 200 grams of eggs in the morning, 65 grams of oatmeal, and 1 banana. For lunch and dinner, I have buckwheat/lentils and chicken (ALWAYS ONLY CHICKEN, since it's easiest to count in the fatsecret app (I count it like baked chicken breasts)). I also add fiber wherever possible.
As for supplements, I take: vitamin C, zinc, vitamin D3, psyllium, and creatine)

It's clear. Thank you

Since you don’t want to take any exogenous compounds and want to do it naturally you need to understand some basics.

Given your age and your height velocity (how fast you are growing) your growth plates are probably still open. Estradiol (E2) is what tells your growth plates to fuse and therefore stop growing. I believe anything above 20pg/ml is signalling fusion.

As a male, the main way you produce E2 is from the aromatisation of testosterone. The majority of the aromatase enzyme is found in adipose tissue (fat) so to minimise the conversion of testosterone to estradiol you need to be as lean as possible.

Be cautious because crashing your calories and starvemaxxing will stunt your growth. You need to eat way more than what you are saying. If you are afraid of gaining too much fat then just spam zone 2 cardio (13% incline 3.5mph treadmill for 45mins -1.5 hours) This is also believed to increase GH naturally.

Maximise protein intake, just eat as much protein as you can but also don’t get fat. try aim for 10%bf.

Intaking 3000 cals and burning 3500 is way better for your growth than just eating 1000 cals and burning 1500.

Your number one enemy here is estradiol and limiting your protein.

Things to look into:
Xray your growth plates, hand, knee, foot. Have your endocrinologist examine them and if they are already in the process of fusing then you will probably need to start taking Aromatase Inhibitors.

Fell free to ask

Guys I know this is not the best way but he said he wants to be natty

what is this?
The aromatase enzyme is a chemical that your body produces to convert Testosterone into Estrogen (E2). An Aromatase Inhibitor is a chemical which inhibits (stops) the process of aromatisation (explained above).

They are pills you can take normally given to women with breast cancer. Letrozol, Arimadex etc

I consume more than 150 grams of protein per day. Is this not enough?
it should be good but since you want to maximise you should really be maxxing out protein as much as possible. When your body sees that you are eating a lot of protein this tells your body to grow more (very simplified explanation)

Also for the love of God please make sure to decompress your spine after lifting.

All these methods are cope. Blast high does HGH, Pth analogs, fgrfr3 inhibs, anabolics , and aromatase inhibs. Cost a pretty penny though
