How to get tf out a 3rd world country?

Brother finish medical easy, here:
Germany and austria: massive doctor shortage, learn deutsche (german) with AI you can move there and pass the Fachsprachenprüfung and get resident
also the UK / IReland, it's socialist NHS relies heavily on foreign doctors

gotta fuck dem girls mayne, 3rd world country girls easy ash yk, like take some advantage, have some fun, dem 1st world boring, dem beauty, tall, rich, is actually harder to have fun
What's the point of fucking girls when your life is miserable? there is more to live than having fun. And girls here are boring too they are 5 or 6 out of 10 but they act like a 10

That was my first plan, but medical school isn't that easy you should dedicate yourself to it and i don't like the doctor lifestyle i can't fit in it it takes your health and your youth.
I'm starting to think now about working with my skills, having my own money making thing and getting a work visa for a country in Europe like Poland, austria swiss.

I'm a first year medical student and i can't tolerate the country i'm living in, the situation is fucked. I've been in this country for 7years and all i got was depression, bad health, lost the joy of life i literally prefer dying than living, i feel like a body without soul.

Anyways, can someone tell me all the ways that could get me out of here and a plan for what should i do once i get there? I'd really appreciate your advice.
It depends on the country dude. Were u born there or a 1st world country?

if you have suicidal ideation you wont ever make it to a foreign country, chatgpt, or claude, or a therapist depending of your country
if you drop out of school in a 3rd world country with nothing else it will be hard
finish the degree
Many countries have a Health & Care Worker Visa (like the UK) or a Skilled Worker Visa for medical professionals
transition to:

Medical Research: Working for a pharmaceutical company (CRO - Contract Research Organization) in Europe. They sponsor visas.

Medical Sales/Consulting: Companies like Medtronic, Johnson & Johnson, or Roche hire people with medical degrees for sales and strategy roles. They pay well and sponsor visas.

Medical Coding/Billing: Weird, yes, but medical graduates are hired by US/EU companies to code medical records remotely, which can lead to a digital nomad visa or an internal transfer.
It's just that if you migrate to another country with 0 skills you will even be more depressed

Beggars can't be choosers. If you have nothing why do you fear working for your freedom I.e. becoming a doctor?

Yeah i know medical field will open doors but i don't like that field. How about learning new skills wouldn't this work?

Only skills that will get you imported to a first world country are programming and medical. Maybe others aswell but these are the best. You really don't have much to choose, if you really want to leave your shithole you better settle. Idk if to call this settling either since you'll be earning 6 figures+ with a good position in these fields you just have to choose and go for it mate.

I'm trying bro but it sounds like academics is the only way to get out of here.
Side hustlig and escaping the matrix works well in 1st world countries, but it's inapplicable here salaries are too low 2000$ in a year, paypal and paying gates aren't allowed here so it's hard to start selling in foreign markets.

just tapping into us market, one example would be reselling clothes on us clothing apps or even legitamte pieces, average shirt here in the us is like 60$ haha. stuff like botting video games, freelancing in us markets. really anything as long as its a us market, doesnt even need to be high ticket

Yea i know bro selling in US market gonna be a game changer especially in a country with low currency rate.
But how about the supplier and the company thats gonna take care of the shipment and payment? Is there a 3rd party tool that can help with this?

Get a digital nomad visa to Portugal or Spain which is very attainable, you just need to prove you earn around 5k per month from online earnings and then you can live in these countries and also spend 5 months out of the year in america with a regular visitors visa. For me it's the perfect balance cause you get to live in europe and lock in where not much happens and it's very cheap, plus the women and their values are top tier. And then you can live anywhere in the U.S for 5 months out of the year. The hardest part of it getting to that income level remotely, but it's still a very attainable goal and the easiest path to get out of a thrid wolrld country. Canada is also super easy to get a work or student visa, but it's a shit hole. I lived there for 5 years and its full of indians and liberal women. My current balance of 7 months in Portugal, beach front apartment for hella cheap, then 5 months out of the year in miami is unbeaten. The visa process to get an american visa is a nightmare and having 7 months out of the year in portugal where there are no distractions allow you to lock in. There is absolutely no one as young as me making as much as i make in the small beach city i live in portugal so there is no competition and you get an abundance of women and then spend 5 months out of the year where your practically broke compared to everyone else.

yea i think academics is the only way once i finish i can do medical licensing exam for countries like US, Canada, Europe.
The problem is it's gonna take a lot of time, maybe i'll be in my 30s when this happen. And tbh i can't wait till that time to make money cuz i wanna hardmax and do alot of stuff which needs a lot of money.

So i think i'll just continue my college but during that time i'll try to learn how to make good money so i can hardmax and enjoy life during my last few years in my country until that day comes and i leave to a better country.

Thanks man, really appreciate the high effort.
I'll see if i can make 5k/month from online earnings. But during those 5months in US can you still work there since you are on visitor visa?

The best and fastest way to get to that income level is focusing on one valuable skillset instead of trying to lean multiple skillsets all on your own. For example sales. If you get an online job as an appointment setter for an agency and you acutally perform well, they'll certainly make you a high ticket closer in 3-5 months which depending on the offer and how good you are you'll make anywhere from 5k to 20k per month. Apply to as many comission based appointment setting jobs as you can, it shouldn't take you long to get a job since its entirely comission baed and there is no risk to the company, become one of the top appointment setters and in 3-4 months they wil move you up to a closer. You can work these kinds of jobs even under a visitor visa, because you'll be paying taxes outside of the us because you don't live there.

Damn man appreciate your help it gave me hope that i can still make it.
I'll be focusing on these types of skills and improve myself in it, but where can i find those agencies, on linke in or where?

Solid plan.
I’ve discussed this with ChatGPT many times because I’m an engineer in Latam, and also want to leave my shithole country.
But I am specifically aiming to move to the US so I have it a bit harder.
I always conclude that the best way is to take advantage of the low cost of study in my shithole country and move with a working visa to the US to have better chances of obtaining a green card and theN the residency.
Currently on phase 2 of my plan which is to get a job with a US based company to sponsor my working visa.

Other plans are winning the visa lottery (less reliable)
Marry an American (not impossible but doesn’t depend on me)

So yeah, keep studying and making money however you can, but try to start working in a company based in the country you want to move, working for your country will not achieve your ultimate goal.
